Our programs are designed to be performed anywhere and anytime, with relatively minimal equipment needed. Check each program's page to understand what's needed.
On Masters, you’ll get a structured plan for every week designed by our elite athletes and their training teams. Activities post every Sunday and include training sessions, assignments and lessons for every day of the week. The athlete will be with you every step of the way, celebrating your progress, and motivating you. They'll also take the time to explain how the program helps them personally and why it’s designed the way it is. Our strength and conditioning coach will take you through every workout via video and audio like they’re right there with you.
You can chat in the group chat which includes the athlete, your strength and conditioning coach, and other program participants. In the chat, you can ask for personalized modifications and discuss any progress you’ve made. Your coach will also check in with you and your team daily in group chat to provide additional guidance and motivation.
The program starts on Sunday with the first activity scheduled for the following Monday. When you’ve joined the app, you can either sign up for a waitlist to start the program and be notified when all the activities are announced, or opt to join an ongoing program and be just a little late to the party.
Our programs are set for a specific number of days. After that, you can repeat the program or take another one.
Our fitness training sessions range from 30 to 60 mins in length. Each week there are also supplemental activities and assignments. So if you’re planning on completing all 7 activities every week (and you should absolutely aim for that!), you should put aside about 3 - 4 hours per week.
If there are any moves that you might not be able to do, just post about your concerns in the group chat and our fitness trainer will suggest an alternative move for you.
