ENDURANCE TRAINING

VISUALISATION MEDITATION

Use these short sessions to zone out and tune in. They will let you see your better, future self. The exercises range from visualizing your goals, your peak performance, taking your training to the next level, to building an appreciation for the community you will be a part of.

BREATHING MEDITATION

In these short meditation sessions you'll practice using breath as a way to focus the mind. Find some peace as you tune the world out and tune into yourself.

These strength circuits combine butt firing, thigh quaking and ab crushing exercises that challenge your coordination and stability – essential for surfing, winter sports and everyday life.
