The Kai Lenny Masters programs are a unique training experience that will help you get stronger through a series of progressive strength workouts, along with conditioning and HIIT workouts. Every session is thoughtfully scheduled and individually guided by fitness experts.

The Masters app offers three Kai Lenny programs, each building on the one before. Over the 28 day program, we'll focus on key elements of strength training, including targeted exercises, HIIT and conditioning workouts, and mobility and recovery sessions.

STEP 2

SELECT A PROGRAM START DATE

A Masters program is a unique training experience done with other participants throughout 4 weeks of training. You can decide to join an ongoing program or start on the upcoming Sunday.

STEP 3

START YOUR 4-WEEK TRAINING PROGRAM

Time for you to get to it! Your training calendar will be pre-filled with an activity on each day – see you at the finish line.

KAI LENNY

Born in Maui, Kai Lenny is a true waterman – master of wave, wind, and just about every activity the Hawaiian Islands have to offer.

To compete cross-discipline, Kai has to maintain a careful physical balance between explosive power and fast-twitch agility, without burning out.

In the face of a monster wave – or a brutal competition season – Kai relies on mental fortitude and grounding techniques to stay focused and ready to perform.
